A quick daily check
How much water do I have left today?
Add the drinks you have already had and compare them with a saved or manual target. Most everyday non-alcoholic drinks count towards fluid intake.
Calculate today’s remaining fluid
Amounts for drinks are entered in millilitres to keep the quick list easy to scan.
Enter today’s target and drinks, then calculate.
This is general planning guidance, not medical advice. Do not mechanically consume a remainder late in the day or exceed personal clinical fluid guidance.
What counts towards the total?
Water is a simple default, but tea, coffee, milk, squash and many other ordinary non-alcoholic drinks also provide fluid. The calculator counts their prepared volume and does not pretend caffeine completely cancels it out.
Water-left questions
Do tea and coffee count?
Yes. Ordinary non-alcoholic drinks generally contribute fluid. Caffeine, sugar, energy and dental effects remain separate considerations.
What if I have exceeded the target?
The remaining amount stays at zero and the page shows the amount above the selected target. It does not encourage extra drinking.
Is the daily target a medical prescription?
No. It is a planning estimate. Health conditions, pregnancy, medication, illness, exercise and heat can require individual advice.
