Does Sparkling Water Count Towards Your Daily Water Intake?
Plain sparkling water counts towards fluid intake in the same practical way as still water. The bubbles do not cancel the water. The more useful questions concern what has been added, how often you sip it and whether carbonation makes drinking easier or less comfortable.

How to include it in a daily routine
Count the serving once and use the container volume. If you fill a 750 ml reusable bottle from a home carbonator, log 750 ml across the period you drink it rather than recording each glass and the bottle again. A mixed routine might use still water at a desk, sparkling water with dinner and tea earlier in the day. All can contribute without turning tracking into accounting.
